Middle Control Pro is a one-time licence that unlocks the Pro features of Middle Control on macOS. No subscription: pay once and every future update is included, 4.x, 5, 6 and beyond.

What Pro adds

  • Multi View — monitor up to 9 cameras side by side.
  • ATEM Link — control any supported camera with your Blackmagic ATEM switcher, including cameras the ATEM cannot control on its own.
  • Multi-operator — control multiple cameras simultaneously instead of one at a time, with gamepads or Middle Remotes.
  • Replicate settings — copy settings to several cameras at once.
  • Automations — repeating camera moves: boomerang, preset sequences, camera shake, zoom loop.
  • Video output — send a camera or the Live View to an HDMI display, to SDI through a Blackmagic UltraStudio, or into OBS / vMix via Syphon.
  • Record Center — start and stop recording on your cameras, HyperDecks and the ATEM recorder from one place.
  • Pro hardware panels — drive Middle Control from VISCA over IP controllers, Skaarhoj controllers and Canon RC-IP1000 / RC-IP300 panels.
  • Priority support

The free version already gives you camera control for 200+ models (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, Lumix, Panasonic, Z CAM, the main PTZ brands, iPhones), Live View with scopes and LUTs, gimbal control with the APC-R, presets, Companion, gamepads, the Middle Remote and the SDK. How it works

  1. Try it — download Middle Control from middlethings.co and start the 30-day free trial from the app. No card needed: the app goes back to the free version when the trial ends.
  2. Buy the licence — here, on this page. The key arrives by email within minutes.
  3. Activate — enter the key in Middle Control’s Preferences.

Good to know

  • 2 devices — one licence runs on up to 2 devices at the same time; activating a third deactivates the first.
  • ⚠️ No refund after activation — the licence cannot be refunded once it has been activated in the software. Use the free trial to test everything first.
  • macOS only — Pro features are macOS-only. Middle Control itself also runs on Windows (free, public beta).

The Middle Control Pro License cannot be refunded if it has been activated in the software. All purchases are final if activated.
